Privacy notice
This notice covers the velocitydrip.com website: its pages, the demo request form and the dealer sign-in box. It is published by Velocity Drip LLC. The Velocity Drip app that dealerships use has its own terms, which each dealership's staff see when they set up their profile.
The demo request form
What we collect. Your name, work email and dealership or group, and, if you choose to give them, a phone number, how many stores you have and a message.
Where it goes. When you send the form, its contents are emailed to Velocity Drip's team, through Cloudflare's email service, to our inbox. The website itself keeps no copy: nothing is saved in a database or a log.
What we use it for. Only to reply to you and arrange a demo. We don't sell it, and we don't share it for advertising.
How long we keep it. If we don't go on to work together, we delete your request within 12 months of our last contact. If we do, it becomes part of our ordinary business records.
Spam protection. To check that a person is sending the form, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives your connection's IP address and basic browser information. The same IP address is used, for about a minute, to limit how many requests one connection can send.
The dealer sign-in box
The code you type is sent to our website only to look up your dealership's Velocity Drip address, and then you are sent there. The website doesn't store the code. The lookup is limited per connection, using your IP address for about a minute.
Your browser remembers the last dealership you chose (in its local storage, on your device only) so that next time it takes one tap. Choose "Use a different code" to clear it, or clear this site's data in your browser.
Visiting the site
Cloudflare hosts the site. To deliver and protect it, Cloudflare processes the standard information every web request carries, such as your IP address and browser. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you. The site itself sets no cookies.
Your choices
Email onboard@velocitydrip.com to ask what we have from you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll reply within 30 days.
Who handles it for us
